WHAT a busy time this is!
We're finishing up all aspects of our new Children's CD, Totally Transformed,which will be coming out in just a few weeks now. As you can imagine, there are SO many elements to creating a CD....from the writing (and re-writing, and re-hashing and re-writing), to all the different instruments, my vocals, background vocals, kids' vocals, and all along, countless hours of editing and mixing by the amazing Ron Alayra. Here are a few little photos we've taken along the way: (The great photos taken at Motions rehearsal are by Becky Lew; the novice ones taken in the sound studio are taken by me, Jana)
All of these projects will be out before Christmas: Totally Transformed CD, Music and Motions DVD for Believin' On and Music and Motions DVD for Totally Transformed. Hopefully families will purchase copies of these BEFORE our LIVE IN CONCERT # 3 filming in January! The exact date is TBD...I will keep you posted. But it will just be awesome if kids know the new songs when we film the DVD. Several of these songs are VBS theme songs from Mariner's Church (2008 and 2010) and Saddleback (2007 and 2008), so if you were at either of these VBSs, please plan to come!
